7. Your Legal Rights (Consumer Contracts and Consumer Rights)
7.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., buying for personal use, not for business purposes), you have important legal rights:
a. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. This does not apply to personalised/custom-made items. Please see our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for details.
b. Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be: (i) of satisfactory quality; (ii) fit for purpose; and (iii) as described. If they are not, you have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund. These rights are in addition to and not in place of the right to cancel above.
7.2. Our [Returns & Refunds Policy], which complies with these laws, forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
8.1. Our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges (including for faulty goods and under your right to cancel) is set out in full in our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

9.2. You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Our Liability

11.2. The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility for them.

12. Events Outside Our Control
12.1. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supplier failure, extreme weather, pandemic, or internet service provider failure).

13. General
13.1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
